This project included the re-design and subsequent delivery of all the common areas, the hotel rooms, the spa and pool area of this large hotel chain. The gym, spa, and pool complex were remodelled and together with the creation of a new business lounge on ground floor, a significant uplift in occupancy of the hotel was realised for the client.
